As of December 1, 2008, the Current Monthly Condo Fees for Unit Owners are as follows: One-bedroom
Units - $96.25, Two-bedroom Units - $151.25. The 2009 Budget retains these fees.
All checks written by the Association require two (2) signatures. Separate bank accounts are maintained as
"Operating Account" and "Reserve Account."
